What is a Tournament Pack?
Tournament Packs are small boosters that Konami hands out in the OCG to players who take part in official tournaments at participating stores. They contain a mix of reprints and cards in special rarities. Because they are not sold in regular retail, individual cards from them are often only available on the secondary market.
